Hello and welcome to Hunters Creek! It is an honor to serve as principal of this extraordinary school. This year, we will have over 600 students in grades Pk-5^th. We employ approximately seventy helpful and dedicated staff members. We consider ourselves a big family!

Here in our place of learning we value one another by showing mutual respect, listening attentively and giving one another appreciation statementsJ We follow these agreements in dealing with children, parents, the community and one another. We are a TRIBES school. It is our way of ‘doing business’. Our students follow these school agreements as well in dealing with one another on a daily basis. Our children are respectful and treat one another with kindness.

Our teachers are committed to the total education of every child. Their instructional practices go above and beyond all expectations to ensure that students are challenged and reach their potential as academic and social learners. Our teaching strategies provide rigor and relevance in every lesson to every student. Students are well prepared for the future when leaving our campus. They are problem solvers and critical thinkers, who can work well cooperatively!

One key aspect to the success of any school is the relationship established between parents and the school. Here at Hunters Creek the level of parental involvement is outstanding. Volunteers and parents give of their time and talent each day in a variety of ways. Parents are very much involved in helping to make this school the best experience for all children. Our parental involvement is priceless and we are fortunate to be the recipients of such commitment.
