This book contains mini-lessons for writers’ workshop for those who would like a model to follow or inspiration to help guide teachers to write their own lessons. The mini-lesson sections are organized by grade levels: K-2nd grade, 3rd and 4th, and 5th –8th. Teachers can easily adapt the lessons to their specific grade level interest. Many lessons are linked to children’s books to provide a reading-writing connection.
